We’ve done what we can to test the
software in as many situations as possible. However,
with everyone in the world seemingly having their own
system and environment we’d be kidding ourselves if we
claimed to have covered all the bases.

Please try to describe exactly what is happening, and if
possible send us the collection database (xxxxxx.MDB)
and Collect-IT log file. The log file contains information on any errors you have
had, and will help us track down the problem. This will
normally be in the same place as you installed the
application (C:\Program Files\FinishLine\Collect-IT 2.0,
unless you changed the default installation path at
setup), and is called “CollectITLog.txt”. |
