Whilst we prefer online orders, we do appreciate that
some people would prefer to pay by cheque. If you would
rather put a cheque in the post to us and order that way
then please

want to place an order online we'll send you an invoice
by email and you can still pay by cheque if you prefer

For orders online, the process breaks
down into 3 stages, as follows: |

You send us an order by completing your details here, selecting one of the
options below and clicking the Order Now button. In return, we'll send you an invoice
containing a Customer Number. This will also be your
Order Number to be used when making your payment. For our records, and to enable us to send a valid
invoice to you, please complete the fields below. This is particularly
important if you are requesting physical media, as
without it we will not be able post it to you. Please
make sure you enter a valid email address as this will
be used for all subsequent correspondence. |

When you have received your invoice and Order Number,
select your preferred payment method. This can either be
by cheque or one of the electronic payment providers
shown below. Simply send us the
amount shown on the invoice. If you want to pay by
cheque just print the email and return it with the
payment to us at the address shown on the invoice -
we'll do the rest.
If you would rather use one of the electronic payment
providers please quote the Customer Number
shown on the invoice in
the payment reference ...
otherwise we won't know who you are.
We offer a number of different payment options,
as shown at the bottom of each page. These generally
fall into the category of electronic payment providers
who will transfer money from an account held by you to
an account held by us.
We currently support the
following, each have their own characteristics: |

PayPal If you are a regular user of eBay then
you will probably be familiar with PayPal. Services 55
countries in a number of currencies. You must have
a PayPal account to send money.

Nochex Similar to PayPal, but has the advantage
that if you don't have an account you can pay as you
would normally do by debit card without having to sign
up with them. Cards issued by UK providers only I'm
afraid ... but better than nothing. Check them out to
see exactly which cards they take without an account.

When we receive your cheque, or notification that your payment has been
made, we will send you a confirmation email. If you have
requested physical media (CD-ROM) then we'll post it out
to you, otherwise we'll send you a link to our download
site.
In either case you will receive full instructions on
how to install the software. |
